Hi, I’m Xylina. I realized early on in my adolescence that I wasn’t like everyone else my age.This kind of made me like an outcast. My family would say, I had an old soul and would joke about my age; like 5yrs old going on 25.This was funny to me and was harmless fun. I’m a Virgo/Libra cusp,”The Cusp Of Beauty.” & the year of the Tiger. It all makes sense to me now why I wasn’t like any other Virgo’s I’ve met. I had no clue back then that there were different types of each Astrology sign, let alone that there were,”CUSP,” signs as well.

At a young age, I found out I’m an empath, a healer, and a sensitive, to energies around me. Fast forward to me entering my 20’s, I was light as a feather and a bright light to those around me. At least this is what I was told by many different people. I was so carefree &more comfortable in my own skin, healthy, loved my job, had great friends, worked out daily, and was in simple terms at peace in my life.

Now comes last January 2021, I decided to change myself and my life. For so long I was not taking care of ME first. I realized that I will no longer let anything negative in my life. I wanted my LIGHT back! This is when I started my spiritual, self care, holistic, metaphysical, healing lifestyle journey. I try & work out everyday, I have been eating healthier, and I started making changes in my life, setting up BOUNDARIES, learning how to say, NO & not having to explain why. I literally cut out anything & everything that didn’t feed my soul, or drained me, or just really brought my vibe down. I went all in with trying educate myself, first on healing crystals.Then chakras, Astronomy, Moon signs,Birth-Charts, meditation, metaphysical knowledge, reiki, feng shui,comparitie religions, history of Astronomy & Star gazing, Mythology: Gods, and so much more! I have definitely fell down a rabbit hole..I continue to educate myself about everything related to living a more holistic lifestyle; The holistic approach seeks to promote positive habits that benefit you in the long-run. A holistic lifestyle is all about balancing your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health regularly. To experience less stress and more happiness. Just from this past year, so much has changed. My thought process especially, because let .

.honest, we are our thoughts, thoughts become words, words become actions and actions become habit 

The advice I would always give to others, I was finally trying them myself. Still very hard for me but it’s the baby steps & that’s progress for me. I’m living more in the moment now.Gratitude is so important in my everyday, changes your whole perspective on life.

For me, Crystals was what first started me on this beautiful, crazy, and exciting path. I was able to connect with them pretty quickly and could feel vibrations in my body almost immediately. It’s a lot more work than just that. It’s changing the way you look at life. It’s me choosing to wake up and decide it’s going to be a beautiful day! You have to be open, ready, and believe in this approach.

I’m so thankful that I was able to make this decision a year ago. I have a lot to learn and a long way to go but I’m excited for my future and manifesting my dreams.
